Samadhi is a corporate development brand of boutique resorts, restaurants and wellness spas established in Malaysia in 1999. Under its umbrella are the multi-award winning Tamarind restaurants in Kuala Lumpur, Spaya Spa and Japamala Resort on the island of Tioman. Each individual brand embraces the unique concept of nature-luxury retreats, elegant culinary experiences combined with the wellness of living which reflects Samadhi’s collective strength.

Japamala Boutique Resorts are characterized by the small number of traditional Asian villas adorned with modern amenities, stylish architecture and outdoor features, built for total comfort and luxury-living in the heart of nature. Because the primary emphasis is to preserve guests intense experience with nature, and the establishment’s respect for the environment, all living areas and features are constructed amongst nature and around the resort’s natural landscape. Samadhi Boutique is a retail gallery found at all Samadhi properties. The boutique offers Asian-inspired merchandize ranging from local paintings, sculptures, photography to unique lifestyle products, including our own brand of spa products under the name of Spaya.
